The added links redirect the users to sites that contain tutorials about git. Those tutorials are extremely useful when using git.

@DanRadulescu962 your shortlog is too long. can you make it shorter like Readme: Add Guides for Newcomers

@DanRadulescu962 also generally we dont want shortlogs to end with a period shortlog must contain only uiseful information and a period is useless.
