Adding link of Hacktoberfest link --> #112

Add the link to Hacktoberfest Capitalize the first letter of the word. Can you please merge it with the Hactoberfest accepted tag .

    HELLO @Aditya9764 , awesome work just one request , can you just remove the Add Links anchor tag as it isn't making any sense for a visitor and make all the links as disjoint elements as it seems like a sentence , make something like Hactoberfest , Hackathons and Open source projects, thanks for your patience
