[BUG] : contact us page elements not responsive

Description on decreasing the screen size the dimensions of form elements are not adjusting

Difficulty medium

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'nosc.netlify.app'
2. Click on 'Contact Us on nav-bar'
3. See error by adjusting page size.

Expected behavior the form elements should adjust the dimensions according to form width.
