Adding a scroll-reveal effect to the website

When the website is scrolled , the elements will get revealed one-by-one in any manner . For example - from top to bottom or vice versa or from left to right or right to left.
This won't effect any functionability of the website in any manner , will just improve the look of the UI

As we can see , only the images in the Home page are showing on reveal. But I want to apply this , to other pages as well as the texts too. Thank you
