Install webots on Shatterdome #11

In the past, we only used Webots inside of a Docker container. Now that we're not using Docker much, it would be preferable to have Webots installed on Shatterdome itself.

I believe I've got Webots installed on Shatterdome now per these instructions. It's run with $ webots. Now if only we could use it remotely... it doesn't like x11 forwarding, and TeamViewer isn't working right now, so I can't fully test our installation until we're back on campus. Here's what happens over x11 forwarding:

connect 172.31.144.1 port 6000: Connection timed out

Info: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "/usr/local/webots/lib/webots/qt/plugins" even though it was found.
