Get a working example of the package that Hal found up and running that we can demo. I'd love to have this available for STEM Fest.

For this, you'll need the alvar open source ar tag wrapper for ROS found here , as well as the package itself, which is here

You better believe those tags are now able to be tracked

Next steps: extracting position of AR tags and assigning Nav goals based on them. Closely related to #26 and #22.
