Person Detection #22

This isn't a priority for competition, but being able to put the Rover into a either a "Person-following" mode for demos, or a "Stop when people are in the way" mode, would be a pretty neat trick.

It's possible the old CV system here could be a start for this.

Rather than strictly person detection, we're now planning on trying to use our AR Tag Tracking system, having the individuals hold the tag and walk around.
