The Rover's a hot mess right now, and we need to show it off on Saturday to people who gave us money last year to make it. So we need to make it not suck. In order to do that:
[x] Wire up a demo board that we can drop in whenever we need it, that doesn't look like hot garbage and that won't get messed up when we're working on the Rover. This NEEDS a physical kill-switch built into the board.
[x] Write safety-critical compliant code to drive said board. This has two components:
[x] ROS nodes running on the TX2 using the Xbox controller
[x] Code running on an Arduino Mega to control the actual motors
[x] Fix the wheels. Screws are coming loose and chains are falling off, so we need to replace/tighten/retension where appropriate.
