Inverse Kinematics #36

Need to get some working IK up and ready for testing. According to Spenser, arm will remain 6DoF, so MoveIt's built in solver should work. If not, we can write our own (guide).

Would like to get this working and testing with the 3D mouse ASAP, at least in simulation.
