Prep Crash Course v1.0 #9

Based on what we decide to include in the Crash Course from #8, we need to get everything ready before end of summer: write tutorials, prepare any docker environments, write up documentation, make jupyter notebooks, source software/hardware, etc. Ideally, we should do this with enough time to do at least one dry run.
