Missing NationalInstruments.Veristand.XMLReader.dll error #3

The tool doesn't run because it's missing the NationalInstruments.Veristand.XMLReader.dll Where can I find this?

Since this tool works on VeriStand custom devices, it uses that library for serializing and deserializing the XML. They should be installed with VeriStand.

A mass compile usually helps it find the correct version if you've changed LabVIEW or VeriStand versions
