Contains deprecated SystemLink API #6

This seems to use the SystemLink AMQP API which has been deprecated: https://operations.systemlink.io/network-security/network-security/#deprecation-of-amqp

I specifically ran on to it in "Open Connection to Tags.vi" but didn't look too hard elsewhere

I believe SystemLink server now ships with it disabled by default, and it will be removed entirely in future releases.
