CSV Import does not add the "Type" and "Block Access" properties for the "Decimation of" channel for a given DMA block. This results in a "RefMem DMA: Block indexes and properties not found" error upon initialization of the CD at run-time.
Note that the Type property can be added afterwards by manually changing the Type at the folder level, but the Block Address property will still be missing.
