Target destinations installed to "VeriStand" instead of "NIVeriStand" #7

I just created a custom device from the development tools project wizard. After deploying the engine I noticed that the custom device was installed into a separate directory from all the other custom devices. Update XML generation to install engine llbs to

<RealTimeSystemDestination>c:\ni-rt\NIVeriStand\Custom Devices\...</RealTimeSystemDestination>
