Feature/unique program files destination #24

Updated so that .nipkg installs files to a unique directory for each version of VeriStand.

For example, instead of placing files in

<Program Files>\NI VeriStand Steps for TestStand

the files are now placed in

<Program Files>\NI VeriStand 2018 Steps for TestStand

for VeriStand 2018. This was changed to prevent conflicts which can occur when multiple .nipkg's are installed and then removed.

Branch Feature/unique program files destination built successfully and passed automated integration tests. Still needs manual testing.
