Improve UI of the Website #1

Currently, the website needs improvement in UI. We need to add improve it and make more materialistic.

For material design guidelines, you can refer: https://material.io/guidelines/

Comment and consult your proposed ideas and then move on to creating PRs.

Yes, that will be the correct way to get started. Design a user interface mock, you can start by designing only for home page. Then you can move on to coding it.

If you feel, you can also break down the task into multiple PRs for home page into

@vanshsoni the bar below Register looks little odd, Try something different for it, rest UI looks fine.

You can try filling or something else the top section.
