Add papers on UAVs #4

Try to include some research papers that address some of the important challenges regarding UAVs. Challenges like Path Planning using camera vision, integrating LIDAR with drones, etc.

@raibove Sure go ahead and browse around some the good papers that are being publish. Make sure that you know what resource you are adding.
