Add 'Clear' button to annotations

As a user I want to delete any annotations on the map so I can start anew with any annotation.

AC:

[x] User can click on 'Clear' button to delete any annotation present on the map. Button should be located below 'Show Annotations Tools'
- [x] Button label should be 'Clear' with grey background #efefef

Change popup title from "Save changes" to "Delete annotations".
