'Explore Maps' page

As a user I want to see all maps available so that I can select from a list of my own or shared maps.

AC:

• [ ] User can navigate from the user dashboard page clicking on the 'Browse Available Maps' button
• [ ] User can filter map with following options:
  • [ ] Full-text search
  • [ ] Filter using dates
  • [ ] Keyword Filter
• [ ] Resetting any selected filter via 'Clear' button
• [ ] Sorting options: Most recent, Less recent, A-Z, Z-A
• [ ] Users can view map data on the map view page via the 'View on Map' button
• [ ] User can create new map via 'Create a New Map' button on the top right
• [ ] Pagination
• [ ] Layers have a name, created by [Name], description, and date of creation
