Especially because the zip file somehow contain the absolute paths like "mnt/bn/yh-volume0/dataset/OpenVid/OpenVid_part2/pexels_landscape_landscape_5970606_011.mp4"

Thanks for your issue. Please refer to download script to download OpenVid-1M. You can use unzip -j file.zip to remove the original path.
