Thanks for the package! It is very useful and inspiring (I have built a shiny function to permanently apply transformations to scales inspired by yours).
Some times I have to adjust gates from some samples, which can be done by regating. The problem is that I would like to make small adjustments, but at the end gates became quite difference due to lack of reference.
I have tried to use overlayGates to plot the old gate, but as they are removed at the begining, it is not ploted.
It may be interesting to keep a copy of the gate (maybe creating an object with gs_pop_get_gate) to be ploted.
