I have noticed the spatial resolution of the hierarchical feature maps are {1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16} of the input resolution, which differs from the dimensions in your paper ( {1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32} ). I guess this might be the cause why there are more than 33.56G FLOPs.
