BUG: Zaak afhandelen geeft een 400 error #2558

Steps to reproduce:

  1. ga naar zaak: https://zac.develop-public-service-platform.net/zaken/ZAAK-2023-0000000498
  2. probeer deze af te ronden

Expected Zaak wordt afgerond, of een nette melding wordt gegeven waarom het afronden niet mag

Actual foutmelding: Invalid input. [400 invalid] (http://open-zaak-nginx.default/ref/fouten/ValidationError/ urn:uuid:d89a87f7-58f8-44c7-bd69-cd0b683f48e7)

Speelt helaas ook nog met Zaak afbreken. Wellicht zelfde oplossing gebruiken als bij zaak afhandelen?
