Sonarcloud analysis for C++ #73

The automatic analysis of Sonarcloud looks at .py, .js and .html files, but not for .hpp .cpp files. At https://sonarcloud.io/code?id=NLESC-JCER_cpp2wasm&selected=NLESC-JCER_cpp2wasm%3Asrc the .cpp are missing.

It also seems the .sonarcloud.properties is not taken into considration when using SonarCloud Automatic Analysis switching to CI scanner
