Improve neovim terminal colors #150

There's a TODO to fix the neovim terminal colors. https://github.com/NLKNguyen/papercolor-theme/blob/ddd09867ed4e020b3ba2eb47dc3ef365da5b0fed/colors/PaperColor.vim#L1087

I'm not sure what the colors should be, but the iTerm and Alacritty theme, which also supports true color, have different color output.
