Missing highlighting for Python's 'bool' type and 'NoneType' #163

PaperColor is failing to highlight keywords that are highlighted in every other stock Vim color scheme. Why are these keywords missing?

The developer may have missed it or it may be the new ones, maybe you can send a pull request for these, or maybe it is purposely done without color.
