FullPipeline join_data entities #1

Hello,

Why aren't you joining entities in join_data? Any reason for that?

Hi,t hanks for your question

If you're talking about joining the entities in line 151 of the main file, the reason is that at that point the entities were not yet predicted. In fact, the only reason why the remaining data is joined is so that it can be feed into the CRF that will predict the entities.
