GIS GUI Attempting to Run Time Dynamic Google Earth #1344

I am attempting to create a dynamic google earth map of my SOTU corpus. I previously successfully ran the GUI and created a non-dynamic version, but now running into problems with getting time dynamic.

Here is the GUI screenshot:

Here is the input/output options. The input is the folder of txt files in SOTU.

For reference, here is a screenshot of the folder itself to see the txt file naming convention. Unsure if there is anything else needed to create a dynamic map.

When running the GUI, it apparently functions for a while before exiting with an error shown here in 2 screenshots:

It looks like the remote server went down. Try again at a different time?
