BERT runtime error #9

When running BERT, received the following runtime error in the infallible_kirch container docker log. I let the algorithm run for around 45 minutes, and the BERT output folder is still empty except for one csv file. The other two containers have not had any updates to their docker logs since I started running BERT. I tried restarting my computer and docker with no difference in results. @margaretrencher, glad this worked for you! This seems to be an issue with the NLP Suite rather than the docker migration. Could you try running the same corpus with the same algorithm in the NLP Suite and see if you get a similar error? If it works on the NLP Suite, please update here in case it is an issue with the Docker migration.
