mix of namespaces "nifs" and "nif" for Annotation class #1

In the nif-stanbol.ttl ontology you can find the class Annotation under two namespace, nif and nifs.

We will remove the nif-stanbol ontology. It is replaced by annotationUnit https://github.com/NLP2RDF/ontologies/blob/nif2.1/nif-annotation/nif-annotation.ttl#L104

Does this solve the issue?
