- seeding script for table creation (seed.py)
- bash script to run dynamo, installation instructions not included (run_dynamo.sh)
- added new decorator function get_personnel for user retrieval
- tweaked app.py, models.py, student_router.py, krakend.json to support decorator function + dynamodb queries (example found in get_available_classes)
