Falkon for windows portable version

My usage under win7 on iMac27 2012 although both Win7 and the Falkon download and install were selected to english on first start it came up in Dutch and does not respond to selecting English UK for language it stays in dutch even after reboot

Wat te doen om te herhalen no idea how you could repeat this beheviour apart from installing OS and Falkon from UK ?

Verwacht gedrag Enable choice of onscreen language for Falkon
