Test features moved in a separate folder from test images. Tests and Notebooks adjusted.

The parameter names and values for the data-driven binarizaion are now in the Excel sheet, called SalientDetector-python-ParameterValues. It's to be found at: SharePoint.

The parameter values for the MSSRA detection for the color test image are added.

Added also default values (inside MATLAB scripts) along with the actual test values (when generating results for testing).
