Fair eWaterCycle I #19

The outcome of the EOSCPilot Hydro project could also lead to a paper (and a demo)

Main point is how to make an entire scientific software pipeline FAIR.

Includes Cylc, CWL, Docker, Singularity, OneData, and Notebooks.

Main author tbd.

@nielsdrost since you can't coordinate two papers, you already have #18 to who should we assign the leadership of this paper? Of do you want to move it to another Sprint?

For the 4 days of the sprint the people to who this issue is assigned should report hours on: FlagShip (@nielsdrost do you agree with it? If yes, what is the project code?)

Only report the days you were present at the Sprint. If you switched teams, report that days in the project specified in the issue of that team.

For extra work you need to request time to the tech leads by sending an email to techleads@esciencecenter.nl

Hours for this team should be written on the EOSCPilot Hydro project. This is not yet a code in exact, but should be. Operations is looking into it at the moment.

@nielsdrost is this proposal still up for Team2018 November Sprint? Or do you have other suggestions?
