Publications from January 2014 until June 2018

• We need a list of all publications which are listed in the projects report from January 2014 until June 2018.
• Check if all are in Zotero.
• Check what is in Zotero and not in this list and if it should be there.
• Go after publications which are not listed in the final reports.
• Publications of project which do not have a final report, i.e., either projects for which a report was not created or are still in execution.

Issues reported by Tom Bakker on the current Self assessment - output - list of output.docx:

• some people have included papers in Zotero that are NOR a project result, nor eScience Center authored. E.g. Vincent included all publications that mentioned GGIR.
• some datasets were included as journal papers (see comment jisk)
• it is not clear enough apparently for people when conference papers can/should be added. Probably guidelines should be improved here. (double-blind review of a full paper is the minimum I guess).
• now, we have to manually distinguish between eScience (software) papers and academic papers, perhaps you want to add a category here so that people can distinguish. Same goes for a category that says whether the publication is authored by an eScience Center employee or not.

My opinion is that we should add everything, peer reviewed papers, non-peer reviewed papers/abstracts, blogs, tweets, etc. but we should tag it in zotero in such a way that we can filter it later.

It is clear that Zotero need to be updated. But also the following should be done:

• Incomplete entries in Zotero
• Invalid entries in Zotero
• Incorrect entries in Zotero
• Add a new collection for indirect impact.

RSD:

• Entries without DOIs
• Citation files.

Zotero should have:

• Blogs
• Presentations
• Abstracts
• New papers
• White papers
• Posters

Publications using Web-crawl (Jisk and a hunter):

• Google Scholar
• Research Gate
• Web-Science

For Zotero, we need a list of tags: Romulo, Jason, Jisk, and Jurian define them. Jisk will then tag all entries in Zotero.

Altemetric could be used to find more citations through DOIs.

For the 4 days of the sprint the people to who this issue is assigned should report hours on: eStep

Only report the days you were present at the Sprint. If you switched teams, report that days in the project specified in the issue of that team.
