basically, zooming works by putting the start and end datetime and then pressing Load tracker again (expected behavior is not to have to press load trakcer).
zoom buttons only change the start and end datetime, but you still need to update the plot yourself by clicking Load tracker (expected behavior is not to have to press load trakcer).
center around the current time button: let's say I have start datetime 20100628T000000 and end datetime 20100628T120000, then press load trakcer, then set the slider to the end datetime 20100628T120000. If I then press center around current time, I expect start datetime to be 20100628T060000 and end datetime to be 20100628T180000 (a 12 hr period centered on 20100628T120000), but I get start datetime = 20100628T060000 (correct/expected) and end datetime 20100628T120000 (unexpected): a six-hr period right-aligned with 20100628T120000.
