Look into the new landsurface model data #138

New landsurface model data from Meteo France are ready. Comparing with the old data, this one has higher number of inputs. We need to understand the input parameters and the background. This can be dicussed during the bi-weekly meeting

The current data with 8 GPI is provided in dataframe format. In the future Susan suggest to use NetCDF instead. And tutorial in pdf and an example jupyter Notebook has been given by Xu on Slack. Since I have a general understood of the project I will close this issue.
