Improving ml_lsmodel_ascat module

The current ml_lsmodel_ascat module needs following improvements:

• [x] Add logging
• [ ] Unit test for the existing modules
• [ ] Documentation of the current modules
• [ ] Dependency test on Carttesius

The logging is added and the redundant logging from tensorflow has been suppressed. Currently having a problem pushing to git.
