As the PO of the project, I would like to have a short term goals, action points and timeline for the project so I can pla ahead with the project's partners

sprint starting as of 12-01-2021

[ ] set up retrieval (Sentinel 2 Maybe 1)
- [ ] use of COG
[ ] retile data departure from geotiff
[ ] ML network trial architecture to detect damage
