Devise storage schema for cutouts. This should enable their reuse and also store the labels that were created. If we retrieve the parent data from a STAC compliant catalog/source and preserve the relevant information during cutting, we can save them in a star compliant format an use those tools for retrieval and access in the future. Lnked to #185 and #186

An example notebook on how to create a STAC Catalog for a raster tile has been added to the preprocessing repository. The possibility of saving the catalog to the SURF dCache storage through the retrieval tool has been verified. Information on the parent image and tiling info (requirements num. 2 and 3. above) should be added to the item as metadata -- to be implemented once the retiling strategy is defined.
