Make schematic diagram of pipeline/algorithm

We should make a schematic diagram of the full desired pipeline/workflow (and of the sub elements) with desiderata (how flexible should each stage be, what choices should the user be able to make, etc.) and the interdependencies. his will help with design and discussion.

Awesome! Looks very professional :). Two minor comments:

• shouldn't the "unlabelled benchmark data" (orange boxes, top right) merge with the "labeled data" towards the "if converged" circle? At least this is how the test data set is constructed for now.
• The test set enters the "VAE network" box between the "scale and normalise" box and the "latent space representation". I thought the test set should go straight from the former to the latter.

@fnattino I've replaced the schematic with an update diagram which I think (hope) address the points you raised. Let me know if you agree, or think sth. else should be changed. I'll move it to done and declare it merge ready when you agree.
