Adapt simulators and store of SWYFT to Christoph's refactored code

Currently the dask parallelization perform IO on a single node. We would like all workers do IO independently. This work includes:

[x] Solve confilct between refactored SWYFT base and the simulator-dask-array branch.
[x] Move the worker initialization part from store.py to simulator.py
[x] Ensure simulator status can be correctly updated
[ ] Adapt unit tests to the refactored version
