Run co-clustering of the Leaf/Bloom CONUS dataset on CRIB infrastructure, testing the following implementations and checking performance:

Numpy implementation, on big-data node
Numpy low-memory implementations on regular node
Dask implementation on local cluster (big-data node)?
Dask implementation on distributed cluster
