As a member of Team Atlas, I need to have a list of potential ML architectures to explore to get the "landscape model -> radar observation surrogate model".

Accept criteria: A list of ML architectures to explore in this project, approved by the PI

We are looking into new papers for data assimilation and kalman filtering incorporting LSTMs , papers available on project slack channel continuously.
