A standard python user needs to be able to easily find and access the code that is now embedded in the Jupiter notebook. Ideally, one might want to tackle a general dataset, and use both (Py)Spark and Dask.

The repository has been created: https://github.com/phenology/geoclustering Things left to be done:

[ ] write minimal documentation (in docs) and connect to readthedocs;
[ ] add unit tests, setup CI as GitHub actions;
[ ] create CITATION.cff, connect to Zenodo, make GitHub release.
[ ] publish on PyPI to makes it available via pip.
