On Course resources, instructor is grouped with provider. #63

I moved this to the primary properties in d2dee591bf609edb8143c5890051334fdcc11ba6, let's see if that does anything.

Nope, still showing up with provider. How does it get there?

@marijane Could you point out which section Instructor is supposed to belong to and I'll take a look.

@skcheng I have the "instructor" property annotated to go in PropertyGroup_PrimaryProperty.

I just noticed, however, that there is a bug with the annotation on "provider", it somehow ended up as an rdfs:comment. I wonder if that has something to do with this.

Also, today when I'm looking at educational resources, I'm not seeing the instructor property show up at all. Looks like people have been using "contributor" in its absence.

I am still not seeing the instructor property showing up in SWEET.
