I think Ploutos currently still builds packages for Debian 9 and Ubuntu 18, but I don't explicitly mention those in the docs as we are likely to discontinue those.

Given that these instruction include as yet not existing binary packages, we shall merge the PR just before the next release.

That's configurable per project. See: https://github.com/NLnetLabs/dnsi/blob/main/pkg/rules/packages-to-build.yml
