Initial testing shows that it mostly works already. Remaining tasks will be tracked here:

[x] Fix #34: Log streaming via FluentD to a real AWS S3 bucket doesn't work
[x] Fix #37: Remove Unbound.
[x] Wizard uses DigitalOcean terms.
[x] Wizard more information URI is a DigitalOcean Marketplace page for Krill.
[x] MOTD doesn't appear on SSH.
[x] Default shell user cannot use Docker without sudo which differs to the DigitalOcean image.
