Fix Build srcdir #195

Fix makefile to use source directory for build dependencies. Otherwise the objects depend on the source file from the wrong directory for out of source directory builds.

Beat me to it @wcawijngaards. Thanks! I was hoping VPATH would solve the problem, but I guess it doesn't.
