Already existing shops are not available in AreaShop

Current behavior

I have my areashops existing, I usually would place an "/as addsign" sign

Desired behavior

When doing that, it says "{AreaShop] Region 'shop2d' is not available in AreaShop" despite it already existing in the areashop data
